Insanity of God Sequel Project

It’s been 10 years since The Insanity of God film first premiered in theaters in 2016. We know you have already seen how God used that film to challenge people to deepen their walk with Jesus.

The world has changed in the past decade. Persecution because of witness for Jesus continues globally, and yet rather than engage the Great Commission more deeply, we find that much of Western Christianity has turned inward.

We still believe the Great Commission is a command, not a suggestion. And we need believers in persecution to mentor us as we equip the Body of Christ to live out bold faith and courageous witness, wherever God leads.

We need their stories.

Because of this - we are excited to announce that we are embarking on creating a sequel to The Insanity of God!

We believe a new film will help remind audiences that following Jesus is still worth any cost. There were so many stories we were not able to tell with the first film and we have heard so many stories since. Powerful stories. Stories of people who are sacrificing everything to follow Jesus. Stories the church needs to hear. This brand new film is the beginning of an initiative to share these untold stories with the world.

We are excited to be partnering with key members of the original production team that created the first film. We hope to launch the development of this film at the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the original Insanity of God film at Fielder Church in Texas this coming August 28th.

Here’s where we need your help: We need to raise approximately $45,000 this summer to begin the development phase of this sequel and to lay a foundation for telling a new generation of stories from believers in persecution. Will you partner with us today to bring these stories to life?
